Anyone who transports into, possesses, uses or sells fireworks within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania without permission from appropriate authorities is subject to criminal and civil penalties. New Jersey law prohibits the transportation, sale, possession, or use of fireworks in New Jersey without a valid permit. Must be 18 years old to purchase fireworks. Valid drivers license is required. No admission to PA residents without proper permits. Pennsylvania Fireworks Permit. Delaware law prohibits the sale, possession or use of fireworks in Delaware. Maryland law prohibits the sale, possession or use of fireworks in Maryland.

New Jersey Legal Information: New Jersey Law prohibits the transportation, sale, possession or use of fireworks in New Jersey without a valid permit.
